The location was great, right in the middle of the backpacking district, but the hotel was looked after much better. Staff were very attentive and helpful, nothing they couldn't help with. Breakfast was nice with freshly cooked eggs and fruit. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned everyday.
It was a bit noisy at night so would recommend earplugs.

Fantastic location, nice rooms, amazing staff! Its right in the heart of district 1! The travel agency bolted onto the front is useful too.
The noise from the street can be irritating if you are a light sleeper!

The hotel was a decent looking backpacker type affair in the usual tube type building. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, the location was good for the youthfully exuberant and those with the inclination to stay up drinking all night. The hotel was clean and cheap. That's it really.
The location was unsuitable for us, the hotel is situated on a street that gets very noisy at night, I mean that the street literally strains under the weight of foreign drinkers, it looks like a lot of fun if that's your thing. Secondly, though I can understand the hotel is not at fault here, next door, on the other side of our wall there was building work from 8am - 5pm, hammering, drilling, nailing, smashing, sawing... this coupled with the evening adventurers outside meant very little comfort could be had from this hotel. We stayed 2 nights and that was enough, if your young and planning to do little sleeping and lots of exploring then perhaps I could recommend it.

Dont look any further. This is the place you want to be if you are traveling on budget and still like to be on a vibrant location. The staff is vey helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice and you will have a pc in the room. We will stay again!

Great value on the main tourist block. Rooms ending in 1 have window to street ending in 2 no window. Both get music from street but quiet layer in night. We had no problem sleeping.

The people were great but the hotel needs a elevator. Breakfast was fast and good.

Great staff, fantastic location, rooms very clean, computer in room, air- conditioning, quiet at night-GREAT place!!
No lift meant carrying bags up 5 flights of stairs-but, we needed the exercise anyway!

The hotel staff was incredible and the location is ideal. There is plenty to see and do in the immediate surrounding area. We walked every where we went. Plus laundry and restaurants are all on the same steer as hotel.
We were on the top floor a d had to walk since there was no elevator. This was fine with us but if someone has a disability just request the lowest floor possible.

Very nice little hotel in District 1 near restaurants, shops and market; friendly and helpful employees, rich breakfast with fruit, pancake or eggs, bread and coffee (also served very early which is convenient if you go on a tour to the Mekong Delta early in the morning), rooms are small but very clean and recently renovated with good water supply for shower, we stayed just one night, but we have been very happy with that hotel, it is good value for money
Very steep stair and no elevator in a building with about 5 or 6 floors, carrying your luggage to the room can be tough

We had a nice stay at the guest house, rooms are small, clean but adequate for the lenght of stay. There is a noisey bar just opposite hotel, so if you prefer more quiet please ask for a room not facing the street. Staff friendly and helpful, good inclusive breakfast that you can take in the small breakfast room at the back or in your own room. We found it hard to find good quality food in the area (backpackers district) - although there are plenty of restaurants and cafes around, so I would suggest travelling a bit further afield for eating. Market within walking distance.

They provided excellent service and help to the customers. When the knew we forgot a bag on a taxi, they not only helped to ring the taxi company, but also sent someone to pickup it for us.
